RESERVATION POLICIES:

Our services are by appointment only. Book your service in advance to ensure you secure the best day/time for you. Make scheduling easier by booking a standing appointment with us to maintain your pet always looking and feeling their best!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

When you book an appointment, we reserve that space just for you and your pet, so when you cancel at the last minute, it means we’ve lost that time and income. Please be as considerate of our time as we are of yours! Cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice will be assessed a $35 cancelation fee. If for any reason we are unable to access your pet at the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

MEDICAL & BEHAVIORAL CONCERNS:

If your pet has any medical issues that may be a concern during the grooming process, or has had previous behavioral challenges during their spa day, please let us know at the time of booking! If your pet’s behavior poses a danger to either the groomer or the pet, we will terminate the grooming process and you will still be charged for the service.

MATTING

Mats develop when you do not properly maintain your dog’s fur. We have a very strict humanity before vanity policy, so if your dog’s mats cannot be easily brushed or cut out, your dog will be shaved for an additional fee of $10. If you do not know how to properly maintain your pet, please ask us! We would be more than happy to show you how to brush and comb your dog, at no extra charge.
